ISO 9000

There is an increasing emphasis to organisation from the side of customers and from the side of government directed for quality of products and services. Organisation managers are forced to deal with quality and stability of its processes, its management and continual improvement to be able to satisfy customers’ requirements for acceptable price. One of the basic management tools for establishment and achievement of quality is a quality management system (QMS) according to ISO 9001.


ISO 14001

There is an exact proof that many organisations are expecting more responsible approach to environment from their suppliers and this new business ethics in many cases has led to the request for suppliers to establish the environmental management system (EMS) like the part of their business activity. Environmental management means systematic approach to environmental protection in all aspects of business activities throughout which the organisations integrate an environmental maintenance to the business policy and also to the every day activity. The approach consists in establishment, implementation and maintaining of the correctly structured environmental management system, which takes a part in the whole management system and it is connected with all parts of organisation environmental behaviour.


OHSAS 18001

Maintenance of occupational health and safety has important human aspect, which presents the ethics and social level of organisation. Increasing of safety and occupational health has important economic meaning because solving of questions connected with occupational and safety management system, with creation of favourable working conditions and working relations bring optimisation of a working process with positive economic effect.


ISO 27001

ISO 27001, titled "Information Security Management - Specification With Guidance for Use", is the replacement for the original document, BS7799-2. It is intended to provide the foundation for third party audit, and is 'harmonized' with other management standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The basic objective of the standard is to help establish and maintain an effective information management system, using a continual improvement approach. It implements OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development) principles, governing security of information and network systems.
